The wines are made from the estate grown and non-irrigated vines. The vineyard was close planted in 1982 and has deep root systems going down to 2.5 metres, imparts unique and intense flavours into the wines.
The vineyard is just under 6 acres growing Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Shiraz and Malbec. Many of the varietals are grown in very small quantities and are used for blending.
